I recently stayed at this amazing hotel for a 4-day, 3-night vacation. The food at the a'la carte restaurants was absolutely incredible, and the service provided by the staff was top-notch. The beach, located right by the hotel, was stunning. The entertainment team, led by Victor, Anahi, Valentino, Gustavo, and others. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it's the exceptional people working there that make me want to come back soon!
I do recommend this hotel.

The location in a tropical jungle was simply amazing. Being right in the center of the jungle made me feel like I was in Jurassic Park! Plus, the hotel was conveniently located by the beach, providing stunning views and easy access to the water.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The resort had a great location near the beach and had a good variety of food options to choose from. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and shuttle service to nearby areas.
The quality of the rooms could have been better, with weak air conditioning and some minor maintenance issues. The entertainment and activities offered were limited and not very engaging.
